For my final project, I decided to focus on the importance of immigration and how dehumanizing it can be. As a first generation, Latina daughter of two immigrants, I have seen how hateful words can poorly affect my parents. My inspiration comes from my own experience and artist Teresa Margolles. I have included Latina women, men, and families in my project.
